Nolan Ryan, the president of Texas Rangers is unhappy over MLB for ignoring the performance –enhancing drug issue for a long time. But, with the recent developments, Ryan feels that the sport is now heading in the right direction. Ryan expressed his view over the issue in a question and answer session at the Ball Park of Texas Rangers in Arlington. According to Ryan, “baseball turned its back on the problem and ignored it” and this has made it much tougher to tackle. Ryan announced his full support to the effort taken by major League Baseball in making the sport devoid of steroids and performance enhancing drugs.

He is hopeful that, baseball will be able to put out these problems as soon as possible. Ryan’s life is dedicated to baseball and he has a Major League Career of 27 years.
