The Philadelphia Phillies played some sensible baseball in the fourth, fifth and seventh inning of their baseball game against the Atlanta Braves to beat them by 5-4 last Tuesday night. It was the four run contribution by Jayson Werth and the match winning pitching skills of Kyle Kendrick that handed the defeat to the Phillies. The deafening noise in the stadium made Werth to miscue a shot even though he read the swing of the ball. The Phillies came up with a stupendous performance after trailing 3-0 in the first inning. The super hitter Werth said that he was not hitting the guys properly during practice, but was really pleased that all his hitting came good when it really mattered.
