The Florida Marlins were proud to announce the signing of a six year contract with super baseball player Hanley Ramirez for an astronomical sum of $ 70 million. The Marlins are also going all out to create a new ballpark in order to increase the revenue for the franchisee. About 250 odd fans cheered the Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria and the newly signed Ramirez for their attempts to help MLB stay in South Florida. Ramirez said that he was very much excited about joining the Marlins team and expects to play many a bigger role for the soon to be renamed Miami Marlins in the new stadium that is getting ready.
